MacHeist: Check this site out for a great bundle of Mac Software (12 programs) which costs only $50US, and 25% of your purchase goes to a charity of your choice.
My Web App - Religion Pop: Took some of Apple’s sample source code, changed it around a bit, and came out with this game. Best news of all, Apple accepted it!
Apple MacBook Air: Announced at Macworld, this new ultra-thin laptop is sure to amaze you. The price is a bit high, but for some it’s worth it! Read our article here.
MyMiniCity: Cool website. Easy to use; make a subdomain, give people your link, and watch your population grow! Our article about it here.
GuerrillaMail: In need of a temporary email address for say, 15 minutes? Then visit this site.
Innovative Petition: This is a petition to make the 5 new apps for the iPod Touch free, and not $20US like Apple is currently asking. At the time of writing this 2826 people have signed it (including me), so why don’t you!

Creating Light Streaks TUT
This is a video tutorial made by Andrew Kramer over at Creative Cow that will teach you to make the light streaking effects shown during the iPod Nano ads. He even allows you to download the original file if you’re the lazy type! Be warned, the video tutorial is based around doing it on the PC version of Adobe After Effects but the Mac version is very similar so you’ll be fine.
The iPhone is a piece of shit, and so is your face.
I’m probably going to get a lot of shit for posting this, but it is an interesting read. Malcor, a guy that likes to complain about a lot of things, really does hate the iPhone in comparison to his Nokia E70 - check out his reasons for it.
10 amazingly useful iPod / iPhone third party applications
Whilst recently jailbreaking my new iPod Touch (see this), I found this article to be very helpful. It’s basically 10 apps you can download onto the Touch once you’ve jailbreaked (even though I only ended up downloading 4 or so), but they are a very good selection and all worth a look at.
Engraved Apple products over at Flickr
Check out this, this, this, and also this! Or just have a look at the whole stream of ETCHSTAR’s over here.

This is a new feature we’ve decided to implement called MacLinks, where we’ll post the best links we’ve found to do with Macs. We could post 3 days in a row, once in 2 weeks, or maybe even 18 times a day, it really just depends on how many great links are found. So I’m proud to present to you… *drumroll*

w00kie’s transparent screens
A person of the name w00kie (take note of the 0 instead of o, very stylish) has put together a slide show of photos taken that appear as if the computers screen is transparent. Best of all, every shot is of a Mac :D… See picture below for an example.
eyeOS
As mentioned in Henry’s earlier post, eyeOS is basically a free online operating system. Make an account and log on from any computer, and you have all your uploaded files, email, etc. that you’ve saved in it. Did I mention it’s got solitaire?
super OS X menubar items
At Jeweled Platypus, they’ve compiled a list of around close to 100 (or maybe even more) menubar items that you can download, and will then be displayed up the top of your Mac. I found this extremely helpful as I’ve always wondered where to get useful ones.
Open Source Mac
Best list of free, open-source software for Mac OS X I’ve seen in a while.
